  • Welcome visitors by greeting them and checking in vehicles upon customer drop-off.
  • Deliver vehicles back to customers upon completion of repairs.
  • Schedule customer appointments and input customer information into computer software efficiently and accurately.
  • Learn estimatics and compile repair plans.
  • Make outbound calls to update customers about repair status and follow up with insurance companies regarding payments.
  • Consistently check, sort, and forward emails.
  • Create and manage both digital and hard copy filing systems for all insurance partners.
  • Perform clerical work such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
  • Take memos, maintain files, and organize documents.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful, and high-volume environment.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
