Requirements

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in Reconstruction and/or Mitigation.
• Mid-level accounting skills.
• Strong project management abilities.

• Experience in the Insurance Restoration Industry as a Technician, Crew Chief, Estimator, Project Manager, Mitigation Manager, Reconstruction Manager, Field Supervisor, Office Manager, or Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage restoration projects from start to finish.
• Prepare accurate estimates for reconstruction and mitigation work.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain client relationships.
