Requirements

1 year Estimating Experience
Extensive experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.
Willing to travel as needed.

Nice To Haves

Experience in Power Line and Substation Construction is preferred.

Responsibilities

Understand Request for Proposal (RFP) and be able to properly input and quantify take-offs and assign labor units.
Understand and be able to properly communicate RFP scope of work and risk.
Develop project budgets, work plans and schedules.
