About The Position

LDI Mechanical is a Multi-Family HVAC contractor that has been in business for over 50 years. We continue to grow as one of the nation’s premier Multi-Family HVAC contractors. This individual must be able to display strong time management and great organizational skills, along with other tasks, but not limited to the following:

Requirements

• Ability to read and understand blueprint plans
• Understand mechanical drawings, ductwork layouts, piping, and equipment schedules
• Measure and calculate the quantities of ductwork, piping, insulation, and HVAC equipment
• 3+ years experience in estimating

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual is a plus but not necessary

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of Bluebeam
• Work with sales teams and project managers during bid reviews
• Answer questions and revise estimates, as needed
• Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Strong ability to meet deadlines
• Must be detail oriented, ability to follow instructions, strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task
• Other duties, as assigned by management
