Estimator/Inside Sales Associate

Requirements
- Experience in inside sales, estimating, or quotation support (industry experience a plus)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to interpret project specifications and provide accurate quotes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience in the wholesale distribution industry is preferred but not required
- Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods
- Occasional lifting of up to 20lbs for office-related tasks

Responsibilities
- Translate project specifications for public projects across the Northwest
- Produce accurate and timely project quotes for customers
- Cross-reference competitor part numbers to provide alternatives and solutions
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Generate leads and support account management activities
- Write and process orders accurately and efficiently
- Answer phones and respond to customer emails professionally
- Work closely with the owner, specifying engineers, distributors, contractors, and end users
