Located in our New Berlin, WI facility and reporting to the General Manager, Estimator II will plan, coordinate, supervise and/or prepare full estimates for large, complex work and contracts. This position will also work with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to generate budgets, proposals, hard bids, etc. for commercial, industrial, and institutional HVAC and Plumbing projects. The Senior Estimator will also be responsible for review of all final estimate packages to ensure accuracy and completeness. They will perform negotiation of contract scope, buy-out of projects, and write-ups for accounting. This role will develop and implement all department standards and procedures.
