A rapidly growing restoration services company serving the Greater Boston area, is seeking a Restoration Construction Estimator to join their team in Randolph, MA. This role combines relationship-driven sales with precise estimating skills, helping property owners recover from water, mold, or structural damage. Requirements

• 2+ years of experience creating restoration estimates in Xactimate
• Proven success in sales, estimating, or insurance restoration work
• Ability to navigate damaged properties including attics, crawlspaces, and basements
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT)
• Familiarity with insurance adjusters and third-party administrators (TPAs)

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to new leads from homeowners, property managers, and insurance referrals
• Inspect damaged properties to assess the scope of work and present service solutions
• Create detailed, insurance-compliant estimates in Xactimate
• Serve as the primary client contact until transitioning the project to production or reconstruction teams
• Work closely with insurance adjusters, clients, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and timely approvals
