Requirements
- 1+ year of estimating or collision repair experience (DRP experience preferred)
- Knowledge of repair procedures and OEM guidelines
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- DRP experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Write accurate and efficient repair estimates based on vehicle damage
- Communicate directly with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process
- Provide updates and ensure a smooth, stress-free customer experience
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and proper repairs
- Maintain detailed documentation on all estimates and customer interactions
- Support daily production flow and help the team meet performance goals
