Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide fair estimates on repair costs and timelines.
• Meet reasonable deadlines and maintain proper communication with customers and insurance adjusters.
• Write repair bills that ensure a reasonable profit for the facility.
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Obtain customer and insurance adjuster approval for body and paint repair adjustments.
• Schedule jobs in coordination with the shop foreman to ensure accurate delivery dates.
• Update customers with accurate deadlines throughout the repair process.
• Conduct final inspections to ensure all requests were completed correctly.
• Complete final billing for repair orders before notifying customers of job completion.
• Follow collection policies for all body and mechanical repair payments.
• Determine payment destination and arrival time within 24 hours of liability acceptance and customer approval.
• Complete all supplements with insurance approval before releasing the car.
• Maintain a clean and organized customer waiting area.
• Enter all estimates and invoices into the management system and audit files for accurate Gross Profit.
