We give our clients the power to truly engage their customers. The Customer Service Representative is connection between our clients vision and SpeedPro. You will use your skills to understand client creative vision, translating that design requirements and preparing estimates . You must be detail oriented, a strong communicator, and process driven.

  • Graphic Design experience - note that this is not a graphic design role

  • Professionalism, confidence, and willingness to roll-up sleeves and drive results

Responsibilities

  • Manage the customer interaction from initial contact through final project output
  • Review client needs and designs/artwork
  • Prepare estimates and coordinate with production teams to ensure on-time and on-quality orders
  • Engage customers and actively move them through the sales process and into production.
  • Support the design process, as needed to ensure high-quality input for production.
