About The Position
The position involves maintaining open communication lines with all working relationships, ensuring accountability for job responsibilities, and upholding the core values of the organization. The role requires working collaboratively with others to accomplish the mission of the organization and assisting the Chief Estimator with special projects and tasks as needed. Specific responsibilities include understanding the National Electric Code to review drawings for accuracy, managing documents on share sites, sending quotes to vendors, attending preconstruction job meetings, and representing the company positively when working with clients. The role also involves performing layouts for electrical devices, conducting full take-offs, entering and pricing quotes into the estimating system, and participating in vendor selection processes.
