Requirements

• College graduates with 1–3 years of related coordination or administrative work experience.
• Individuals who love to problem solve and thrive in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing and evolving.
• Someone with advanced skills in Microsoft Office and basic fundamental skills in database management, Bluebeam or other PDF-editing software, and construction plan reading/interpretation.
• Strong communication skills and professional behavior, including the ability to create and conduct presentations and training sessions.
• Demonstrate and uphold Power Design’s core values, which include integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules of deliverables for the team and assist with managing timelines, deadlines, and estimating packages.
• Communicate with vendors and clients to build relationships, define the project scope, address any deficiencies, negotiate prices, and facilitate registration process of products.
• Research quotes for material and labor from our suppliers and subcontractors.
• Continuously follow up on all bid projects and accurately forecast future awards.
• Partner with Power Design’s construction project management team to properly transfer awarded projects.
