Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED (additional training or certifications are a plus)
  • 12 years of experience in a role focused on communication, coordination, or customer interaction
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skillsyoure confident engaging with both internal teams and external partners
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
  • A growth mindset and willingness to learn new systems and processes
  • A collaborative spirit and a genuine desire to contribute to a team
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally

Responsibilities

  • Support bid solicitation efforts by coordinating outreach to trade partners and clearly communicating project requirements
  • Manage and organize project information within our bid tracking and relationship management systems
  • Ensure all estimating documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time
  • Coordinate ordering and tracking of project plans and specifications
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with trade partners through consistent and thoughtful communication
  • Assist in bid leveling and budgeting efforts by gathering, organizing, and abstracting subcontractor proposals
  • Support early-stage pricing and documentation for GCON and joint venture projects
  • Help maintain and upload documentation within platforms like BuildingConnected
  • Partner with Marketing and internal teams to meet deadlines and ensure cohesive project delivery
  • Collaborate across business units to keep preconstruction workflows aligned and transparent
  • Continuously seek opportunities to learn, improve, and growespecially in estimating tools and technology
