Requirements

Must possess an active Educator License in the State of Illinois.
Demonstrated experience in the field of esthetics with a strong knowledge of skincare and makeup skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and encourage students.
A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
Availability to teach from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Nice To Haves

Previous teaching or training experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans tailored for evening students.
Conduct practical training sessions and demonstrations in skincare, makeup, and other esthetics techniques.
Evaluate student performance and provide feedback to facilitate improvement and growth.
