Requirements

• Must hold an Illinois State Educator License for Beauty Culture.
• Prior experience in the esthetics field is preferred.
• Teaching or instructional experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A dedicated passion for mentoring and educating future beauty professionals.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and mentor students in essential esthetics techniques such as skincare, makeup application, and various beauty treatments.
• Create an interactive learning environment that fosters student engagement and supports their growth as future beauty professionals.
• Deliver educational lectures and hands-on demonstrations in esthetics.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback on techniques and skills.
• Create a welcoming and organized classroom atmosphere that encourages learning.
• Develop relevant curriculum and instructional materials that align with industry standards.
• Collaborate with fellow instructors to uphold a high standard of education.
