About The Position

Tricoci University of Beauty Culture is a premier institution known for its innovative approach to beauty education. As an Esthetics Instructor, you will educate and mentor students in the art and science of esthetics, covering essential topics such as skincare, makeup application, and advanced beauty techniques. Your passion for teaching will inspire students, guiding them towards achieving their career aspirations.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid Esthetics license in the state of Indiana.
• Necessary to have an Indiana State Educator License for Beauty Culture.
• Previous experience in the esthetics field is preferred.
• Teaching or instructional experience is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• A genuine passion for educating and guiding future beauty industry professionals.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate various learning preferences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging theoretical and practical sessions in esthetics.
• Evaluate and assess students, providing feedback to enhance their skills.
• Create a motivational and organized classroom environment.
• Develop and implement a curriculum that meets state educational standards.
• Work collaboratively with faculty to ensure educational excellence.
