About The Position

Tricoci University of Beauty Culture is a prestigious institution known for its high standards in beauty education. Recognized as the School of the Year for 2022 and 2023 by the American Association of Cosmetology Schools, we are dedicated to providing students with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed in the beauty industry. As an Esthetics Educator in the evenings, you will guide students through essential practices in esthetics, including skincare, makeup artistry, and advanced techniques. Your expertise will inspire and prepare students for successful careers in beauty, ensuring they are well-versed in both theory and hands-on skills.

Requirements

• Required to possess an Illinois State Educator License for Beauty Culture.
• Previous experience in the esthetics field is preferred.
• Teaching or instructional experience is desirable.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A demonstrated passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring beauty professionals.
• Adaptability to various teaching methods to address diverse learning styles.
• Availability for evening classes from Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM CST.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive lectures and practical demonstrations in esthetics disciplines.
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to foster improvement.
• Create a supportive and organized classroom atmosphere that encourages participation.
• Develop curriculum and instructional materials in alignment with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with fellow faculty to maintain educational excellence and program effectiveness.
