About The Position

Elements Massage Costa Mesa is a highly rated spa located in a vibrant high traffic shopping center that is at a busy intersection (Harbor & Adams) a mile south of the 405 fwy. We are seeking licensed estheticians to join our positive supportive team culture of estheticians and massage therapists! Be part of a service offering that is oriented towards therapeutic skin care for our clients. We have formed a partnership with a US based skincare brand that features clean, fair trade, sustainable ingredients sourced from ethical companies that meet and exceed regulatory guidelines. Elements Massage Costa Mesa would love to show you what makes it unique!

Requirements

• Must have completed an Esthetics / Aesthetics educational program
• Licensed to provide facial services in California
• Client service-oriented individual
• Experience with retail sales
• Ability to work 1 weekend shift (Sat or Sun AM)

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a spa environment or providing facials
• Passion for skincare and a commitment to continuous learning

Responsibilities

• Provide facial services to clients
• Communicate effectively with clients, studio management, and coworkers
• Meet and exceed retail sales goals
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
• Participate in paid training and semi-annual reviews
