Requirements

• Must have and maintain a current Esthetician’s state license.
• Must be able to set up all proper equipment for all menu serices.
• Must have prior experience in product retail sales.
• Must meet the retail goals established by management, if applicable.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by state board regulations.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of facial services and product lines and confidently educate guests on their features and benefits.
• Ability to perform all esthetics menu services.
• Maintain strict cleanliness practices according to established protocol/procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ability to perform all esthetics menu services.
• Communicate all service upgrades and changes to spa desk staff promptly.
• Help guests choose appropriate retail products and explain how to use them effectively.
• Report any service issues immediately.
• Maintain strict cleanliness practices according to established protocol/procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
