About The Position

The Therapist is a dynamic, motivated, professional in the Spa industry who can bring their level of expertise to enhance the experience of our guests at the resort. The Therapist agrees to perform the expected services lawfully and, in a manner, consistent with high standards and ethical conduct.

Requirements

  • Must be licensed and have at least 2+ years of experience.
  • High school diploma or seeking a high school diploma.
  • Florida Licensed provider
  • A Therapist must maintain a current license by the appropriate licensing authority/State of Florida, for his/her specialty (including massage, facial, or nail). A copy of such license shall be provided to the Organization upon hiring and upon expiration of the license.
  • A current Certificate of Comprehensive Liability Insurance with a minimum limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence is required to be provided at the time of hiring (an updated copy is required upon the policy’s expiration). The Certificate must list Portofino Master Homeowners Association Inc., Premier Island Management Group LLC, and Beach Club Towers Homeowners Association as additional insured. Therapist shall indemnify the Employer from any and all demands, claims, causes of action, fines, penalties, damages (including consequential damages), losses, liabilities, judgments, and expenses (including without limitation attorneys' fees and court costs) arising from or resulting from the service performed by Therapist.

  • Provide great service to our Guests and Owners
  • Adhere to the Company’s Culture, including mission, vision, values of the company, and Non-Negotiables.
  • Perform services that are specific to the license.
  • Communicate with management and staff members.
  • Maintain Confidentiality: Therapist agrees, during his/her employment to keep confidential all information except only such information as is already known to the public, including any such information and material listed above or other such information relating to any customer, vendor, licensor, licensee, or other party transacting business with Organization, and not to release, use, or disclose same, directly or indirectly, to any other person or business, except with prior written permission of Organization.
  • Required to clock in and out while performing services.
  • Attend Mandatory Training and Meetings when required.
  • Assisting Department heads or other departments
  • Working with all departments to ensure consistency and team environment in the LSC and Aqua SPA.
  • Other duties assigned by Management.
