About the Role As an esthetician at Heyday, you will deliver customized facials tailored to each client’s unique needs. You’ll listen to their concerns, assess their skin, and provide expert guidance on products and enhancements. Your focus will be on creating an exceptional experience that fosters client trust and satisfaction.

Requirements

• A valid Esthetics license (not a temporary or cosmetology license)
• Must have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule — at least one weekend day required, with the ability to work opening or closing shifts
• Must have outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills
• Must be confident when recommending memberships, enhancements, and products

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years of experience performing facials
• Advanced facial massage techniques
• Experience with chemical peels and electrical modalities (e.g., high frequency, LED, microcurrent)

Responsibilities

• Provide customized and personalized facials to Heyday clientele through a deep understanding of ingredients and product offerings
• Complete a comprehensive Skin Analysis of each client to better understand the needs of their skin today and in the future
• Educate your clients on their homecare routine and provide personalized recommendations
• Create an educational experience for each individual you touch
• Listen to each client to create a unique experience rooted in hospitality
