About The Position

Join our world class team at Cambium Spa, known for exceptional service and a luxurious experience. We are seeking a skilled and passionate esthetician to provide relaxing, rejuvenating and personalized skin care treatments to guests looking to unwind after a day on the slopes, or to compliment their mountain village experience. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Requirements

Idaho State Esthetician License
Basic computer, smart phone and applications understanding helpful but not necessary.
On feet for up to 8 hours a day.
Bending over, lifting up top 25lbs, walking stairs, navigating from parking to spa during all weather and seasons.
Hours and days can be dynamic. Though we try to keep our schedules as consistent as possible, some of our times during the lighter seasons will vary.
High School/GED.
Esthetics Schooling & Licensing.
1 year minimum

Nice To Haves

CPR/First Aid preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer service-oriented with a warm, professional demeanor.
Passion for wellness and creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

Perform range of esthetic treatments including facials, microderm abrasion, derma plane and skin care consultations.
Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and techniques.
Tailor treatment based on guest needs, preferences and skin types.
Educate guests on skincare routines, products and aftercare to extend treatment benefits.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and work areas.
Uphold and model a high standard of guest service, ensuring each visitor fells welcomed and valued.
Promote spa products and services to enhance the guest experience and drive retail sales.
Collaborate with spa team members to maintain a harmonious and efficient work environment.
Stay current on skincare trends, techniques and certifications.
Assist with general spa duties such as laundry and cleaning.
Other duties as assigned
