St Julien Hotel & Spa is looking for an experienced Esthetician who will be responsible for providing relaxing, high-quality facial treatments, and who will use their skills to ensure all guests have enjoyed a satisfying visit to the Spa.

Requirements

Must be a licensed Esthetician in the state of Colorado.
Experience with hydrafacials, dermaplaning, and nano infusion is required.
Minimum 2 years’ experience required.
Interested candidates must have flexible availability and be able to work weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience working in a luxury spa highly preferred.
Knowledge of Natura Bissé products preferred.

Responsibilities

Review and complete all opening and closing procedures and individual responsibilities.
Prepare treatment room for each guest according to the specific treatment/procedure to be performed.
Check computer for daily schedule of treatments.
Greet all guests warmly by name and fully explain their scheduled services, including a pre-session interview and skin analysis.
Perform all treatments according to current protocol.
Ensure that treatment is timed properly so that guests can be on time to other treatment(s).
Clean treatment room after each guest and prepare it for the next Esthetician; keep treatment area clean and stocked.
Provide home care recommendations to clients as appropriate, explain products used and application of home care, and sell product with knowledge and confidence.
Perform according to company objectives regarding sales, and work to build customer retention and repeat client requests.
Possess excellent knowledge of St Julien Hotel & Spa to be able to answer guest inquiries.
Other duties as requested by supervisor.
