About The Position

Through a highly personalized, elevated, and seamless experience, we help our clients look and feel their best every day. This person must possess excellent communication and clinical skills and be able/willing to learn the products and services necessary to provide positive patient outcomes. We are looking for someone with a professional, enthusiastic and positive attitude! A current advanced esthetician license is required and you must be up-to-date in meeting any/all continuing education requirements required by a Board of Cosmetology.
Requirements
- Must comply with local and state licensing laws and regulations.
- Strong team player.
- Excellent customer service skills and work ethic.
- Manage your individual professional social media page.
- Able to work two afternoon/evening shifts until 7pm and 1 Saturday a month.
- Professional manner.
- Must hold and maintain a current [STATE] Advanced Esthetician license
- Minimum of 2 years in an aesthetic, dermatology, or plastic surgery practice
Responsibilities
- Minimum one year practicing medical aesthetics.
- Provide consistent professional medical treatments, facial and body treatments in accordance with office protocols and accepted certification practices.
- Be on time for your shift, prompt with each appointment and perform services within the appropriate time allotted for the service
- Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote the health and wellness benefits of skincare services while making appropriate recommendations on product purchases
- Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating and training patients in these areas so they are aware of all of our services offered
- Actively promote home skin care regimens and document all medical information using appropriate forms and clinical notes in the software system
- Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls
- Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures
- Concentrate on patient retention and referrals
- Maintain a social media presence and engagement
