About The Position

Age Management & Aesthetic by Health CARE Express is searching for: Licensed Esthetician / Certified Laser Technician Pay: $20+ per hour (depending on experience) | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and energetic Licensed Esthetician with a Certified Laser Technician license to join our team. The ideal candidate has expert-level knowledge of skin anatomy and experience in providing advanced aesthetic treatments, including V-beam vascular laser, laser hair removal, and chemical peels. This is a key role in the growth of our organization and an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about advanced skincare, technology, and exceptional patient care. Requirements

• License: Active Esthetician license (State-specific).
• Certification: Certified Professional Laser Hair Removal Technician or Medical Laser Specialist.
• V-Beam Experience: Proven experience with (V-beam) lasers.
• Skills: Proficiency in chemical peels, skin analysis, and product knowledge.
• This position requires extreme organization, strict confidentiality, effective communication skills, and fantastic customer service.
• Candidates should be familiar with clinical office functions and comfortable with basic computer operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Laser Treatments: Safely operate V-beam laser for vascular lesions as well as laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation.
• Skin Treatments: Perform quality facials and advanced skincare treatments including chemical peels, microneedling, and dermaplaning.
• Consultations: Conduct thorough skin analyses and develop customized treatment plans for clients.
• Patient Care: Provide pre- and post-treatment education and care instructions.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate patient charts and treatment records, ensuring compliance with medical protocols.
• Sales/Growth: Promote retail products, monthly promotions and upselling services to increase client retention and meet revenue goals.
