Requirements

• Valid state licensure as an Esthetician and/or Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)
• Proven experience in skincare treatments and massage therapy
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to create a relaxing and professional environment for clients
• Knowledge of skincare products, massage techniques, and industry best practices
• Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to accommodate client scheduling needs

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermaplaning, red light therapy, and other esthetic services
• Provide professional massage therapy services, including relaxation, therapeutic, and specialty massages
• Conduct client consultations to assess individual needs and recommend appropriate treatments
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Stay updated on the latest skincare and massage techniques, products, and industry trends
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and wellness practices
