About The Position
Paul Mitchell Schools is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated full-time Esthetics - Skin Instructor to join our vibrant team in Newark, DE. This position requires availability on Tuesdays and Fridays from 8:30 AM to 10:00 PM, plus one evening shift per week. Additionally, you'll work one Monday evening from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM each month. A split shift covering either 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM will be arranged to ensure effective teaching coverage. As our Esthetics - Skin Instructor, your day will revolve around creating an engaging and enjoyable learning atmosphere where students can thrive. You will guide your students through various skincare techniques, demonstrating your expertise while infusing fun into every lesson. You'll facilitate hands-on training sessions that empower students to develop their skills while fostering a relaxed ambiance that encourages creativity. Your enthusiasm will spark excitement in the classroom as you help students explore their passion for esthetics.
