About The Position

The Esthetician at our Health & Fitness Center Spa in Florence is responsible for maintaining a professional image and exhibiting excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values. The role involves ensuring that the client experience is relaxing and that the flow of appointments is smooth. Estheticians will perform all services to the client's comfort level, follow the laws of draping, and adhere to spa schedule guidelines. It is essential to keep each room set up to spa specifications, clean, and stocked. Clear communication, professionalism, and consistency with all team members are crucial. Estheticians will communicate all client challenges to the Spa Director, participate in off-site events, assist in staff education, and continue to educate themselves. They will also suggest add-on services to meet client needs, strive to build a clientele, sell retail through educating clients, maintain client files, and write thank you notes while continuing with follow-up calls.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma/GED from an accredited school preferred.
  • Licensed Esthetician credentials.
