Requirements

• Licensed to perform facial services in California.
• Passionate about skincare and client care.
• Professional, reliable, and solution-oriented.
• Strong attention to hygiene, detail, and presentation.
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform facial services in accordance with California regulations.
• Provide exceptional client care and skincare advice.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Collaborate with studio leadership to refine service offerings.
• Contribute ideas to help grow the skincare service.

Benefits

• Hourly base pay starting at $18/hr (based on experience).
• Commission on services and enhancements performed.
• Estheticians typically earn $21.50-$24 per facial (before tips).
• $40-$60+ per facial including tips.
