About The Position

At Elements Massage South Mesa we believe in supporting the whole person—mind, body, and skin. We are seeking a Licensed Esthetician to join our team of wellness professionals. This role is ideal for someone passionate about skincare, client care, and holistic wellness. You’ll provide customized facial and full-body skincare treatments, while also educating clients and promoting skincare enhancements and retail products.

Requirements

Active state esthetician license.
Proficiency in facial and full-body skincare treatments.
Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and treatment protocols.
Comfortable with retail sales and recommending enhancements to improve client outcomes.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Team player with a passion for wellness and helping others look and feel their best.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a spa, wellness center, or franchise setting preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver a wide range of professional skincare services, including facials, body treatments (e.g., back facials, body scrubs, wraps), and targeted skin therapies.
Customize each service based on a thorough skin analysis and client consultation.
Recommend and perform skincare enhancements such as masks, peels, LED therapy, and other advanced modalities.
Promote and sell skincare products and enhancements to support clients’ at-home care and long-term skin health.
Collaborate with massage therapists and front desk staff to ensure a seamless, elevated guest experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including treatment notes and product recommendations.
Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and wellness practices that complement their massage and skincare services.
Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked in accordance with franchise standards.
Stay current with skincare trends, product knowledge, and continuing education opportunities.
