Requirements

  • Active licensed attorney
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in Estate Planning and Estate Administration
  • Highly experienced in estate plan drafting, with strong knowledge of best practices
  • Comfortable reviewing and refining complex legal documents prepared by others
  • Embraces technology to enhance legal accuracy and workflow efficiency
  • Detail-oriented, systems-minded, and passionate about getting things right the first time
  • Strong research skills with a genuine enjoyment of technical legal work

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Irrevocable Trusts is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough legal research and provide clear, actionable guidance on technical legal questions
  • Review and quality-check estate planning documents prepared by our drafting team and attorneys
  • Maintain and enhance our legal infrastructure as we expand our service lines
  • Draft legal opinion letters and guidance memos
  • Collaborate closely with attorneys and the drafting team to ensure consistency and accuracy across all legal documents
  • Use modern legal tools and resources to enhance accuracy, streamline processes, and support compliance workflows
