About The Position

The Estate Planning Coordinator provides administrative support to the Director of Estate Planning and the Vice President, Advancement.

Requirements

  • As a Christian organization, WatersEdge qualifies for a religious organization exception to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Therefore, this position requires active membership in a Southern Baptist church (which is defined as a church which is cooperating with Oklahoma Baptists) or in a faith-aligned, evangelical church which declares the Bible as the foundation for its faith and practice.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and assist the Director of Estate Planning
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate activities, and provide overall support for the Estate Planning Team
  • Enter and track data in software programs to document communications and activities of the Estate Planning Team members
  • Process signed estate plans, including data entry, making files, and returning original estate planning documents that have been superseded
  • Submit attorney fee reimbursement requests and mail checks to donor or attorney as appropriate.
  • Advise regarding ways to improve process efficiencies.
  • Assist the Advancement Team Project Manager with data entry and reporting related to WatersEdge team members’ client contacts and other activities.
