About The Position

Fiffik Law Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estate Planning Attorney to join our General Practice team and help grow the firm’s Estate Planning practice. In this role, you will handle a variety of legal matters, with a focus on estate planning, while also consulting with clients through our LegalShield program. The position offers the opportunity to work with a steady stream of hot leads and referrals for estate planning, build long-term client relationships, and expand the practice through referred business. You will gain broad legal experience, contribute to case strategy, and collaborate under the guidance of experienced attorneys while developing your own professional expertise. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work from home while also attending in-office client meetings in Allentown, PA.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and in good standing with the state bar.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a law firm or legal setting (new graduates with strong internship experience will be considered), with a focus and interest in estate planning.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage clients and foster relationships.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and ability to work independently.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in general practice, with a focus on estate planning.
• Proficiency in legal software and case management tools.

Responsibilities

• Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
• Prepare estate administration documents, including probate filings and inventory reports.
• Maintain accurate records for estate planning clients, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Consult with clients through our LegalShield program.
• Communicate with clients to gather information and assist with document execution.
• Manage case files, ensuring all legal documents are properly prepared and filed on time.
