About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Estate Manager to oversee the full daily operations of a private residence and ranch-style estate. This role is not just about maintenance — it is about creating structure, ensuring execution, and maintaining a high standard across every part of the property. You will operate as the central coordinator of the estate, ensuring that all moving parts — vendors, staff, property needs, and ranch operations — are aligned and executed with precision. Your Mission To ensure the estate operates seamlessly, with order, consistency, and high standards, allowing ownership to rely on a well-run, fully coordinated environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in estate management, property management, or household management
• Experience coordinating vendors, staff, and service operations
• Exposure to ranch, equestrian , or outdoor property environments is a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the private estate
• Coordinate vendors, service providers, and all property-related logistics
• Manage scheduling, follow-up, and accountability of staff where applicable
• Maintain high standards of organization, cleanliness, and presentation across the property
• Track supplies, maintenance needs, and recurring service requirements
• Build and maintain structured systems for household and property operations
• Coordinate closely with the Horse Trainer & Barn Manager to align barn and outdoor operations
• Ensure all priorities are clearly communicated and executed
• Identify inefficiencies and proactively implement improvements
