Requirements

7+ years of high-end residential or botanical experience
Expert Plant ID skills
Valid Driver’s License
Expertise: A deep professional background in botanical gardens or high-end residential estate management.
The "Super Star" Eye: Discretion, reliability, and an obsession with the finest details that others might miss.
Physical Stamina: The ability to work outdoors in all conditions and handle the physical demands of a large estate.
Professionalism: A polished attitude suitable for a premier private residence.

Responsibilities

Design seasonal displays, manage on-site greenhouses, and maintain world-class rose gardens.
Work independently to ensure "magazine-ready" grounds, from manicured pathways to advanced soil health management.
Utilize your 7+ years of expertise in irrigation systems, advanced pruning techniques, and specialized plant identification.
Safely operate top-tier machinery and tools to maintain the highest aesthetic standards.
