About The Position

The Enterprise Special Services (ESS) team is expanding rapidly and is in search of a highly skilled and motivated Account Specialist. This role focuses on enhancing the shipping experience for vendors and sellers utilizing Amazon Inbound Transportation. As innovation in transportation and logistics progresses, we continuously assess our current network for shipper defects and drive improvements through coaching and performance management. The chosen candidate will collaborate directly with shippers to develop solutions, improve performance metrics, and manage shipper relationships effectively.

Requirements

• Account Management/Customer Service experience.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of logistics, transportation, intermodal, and supply chain.

Nice To Haves

• Effective organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage disruptions.
• Experience in supply chain or logistics is preferred but not required.
• Support and training available for technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, verify, and present data daily.
• Address transportation disruptions and other barriers in real time.
• Identify root causes of transportation defects.
• Maintain daily logs on assigned shippers.
• Lead weekly calls with assigned shippers.
• Conduct daily Business Review Stand-up calls.
