About The Position

AERMOR LLC is seeking to hire HBSS / ACAS Watch Floor Analyst who will provide end-user tiered-level customer support by coordinating software, hardware, network, and security issue resolution and install, configure, troubleshoot, and provide limited maintenance. The chosen individual will look to test and monitor the effectiveness of Navy-provided TTPs / SOPs; coordinate with external organizations to recommend changes in TTPs / SOPs to maximize synergy. As well as providing the critical services of Queue Management, Product Deployment, Data Analysis, and Policy Adherence. This position is evening shift and onsite in Suffolk, VA.

Requirements

Must have an active and current U.S. Government issued Security Clearance - Secret Level
Minimum of 2+ years IT experience preferred
Knowledge and experience in working with the McAfee Host Intrusion Prevention System
Knowledge and experience in working with McAfee ePO (ePolicy Orchestrator)
Knowledge and experience in working with Firewalls desired
Knowledge with Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems (IDPS) desired
Understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems
Support is to be completed on-site daily to the Suffolk, VA area. This is not a remote position.
Security+ Certification
Bachelor's degree in computer science, or Cyber Security (preferred)

Responsibilities

Implement HBSS migration/compliance strategy
Troubleshoot HBSS product issues and outages
Administer EPO tree structure management
Administer policy catalog management
Provide Queue Management, Product Deployment, and Analysis as required
Provide SME level support for the HBSS Fleet Centralization
Test, monitor, and work with HBSS Support Admins on Navy provided TTPs/SOPs
Provide oversight and guidance to HBSS Support Admins
Review of HBSS threat events
Refine server tasks and policies as needed (tagging, ASCI, tree structure, etc.)
