About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of equipment repair experience.
• 1 year of customer support experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort working in an online environment.
• Detail-oriented and organized.

Nice To Haves

• Coffee experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot home espresso machine issues over the phone and via email.
• Provide friendly and educational support to customers, both experienced and new.
• Track and document issues and their status in the company's CRM.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine and grinder issues in the Tech Department accurately.
• Properly invoice customers for billable repairs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by tracking usage in the inventory system.
