About The Position

XP League is an esports league that is modeled after classic youth sports organizations, making it easy for parents and kids to understand our programming. Through coach and player training—that is custom-tailored by the PCA, Aim Lab, and our program directors—anyone can become a successful coach. Parents with no video game or esports experience will be able to connect with their kids on a level they had never imagined. We are looking for a League Commissioner to join our team of dynamic, energetic, forward-thinking minds, working toward our common goal: providing a fun and safe learning environment for children. Requirements

Proven work history with children ages 7 and up, and enthusiasm for working with kids.
Knowledge of business operations, sales, and team leadership.
Familiarity with technology, Microsoft suite, social media, office equipment.
Flexible schedule
Must be fun to work with and enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Deadline and detail-oriented. We can't miss dates or overlook customers.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of league.
Follow up on leads, schedule tours and close deals.
Work with parents to define children’s goals.
Provide league tours while maintaining awareness of players currently in the league.
Engage with children and families in the league.
Ensure that parents understand how their child is learning and progressing.
Engage and oversee coaches/culture keepers to ensure team needs are met.
Ensure the league is a fun and safe learning environment for our players.
Uphold corporate standards with respect to league cleanliness & operational standards.
Ability to think on the fly and be perceptive to league dynamics.
Report weekly to executive team on progress.
