About The Position

We are excited to announce the an opening for the Esports Coach at Saint Xavier High School. As the Esports Coach, you will work with students to develop their gaming skills while also fostering leadership, teamwork, and personal growth both as players and as individuals. If you have a passion for esports and a desire to supports student success, we invite you to join us in building a competitive, inclusive, and growth-focused esports program. This is a stipend position with hours after school and on weekends.

Requirements

• Experience competing or coaching esports is preferred.
• Knowledge of relevant esports titles.
• Ability to mentor and motivate players of various skill levels.
• Ability to foster an open and welcoming environment for all student-athletes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
