About The Position

ESPN Chicago at Good Karma Brands is currently recruiting college students & recent college graduates for the 2026 Summer Internship Program. This is a part-time paid internship that will provide an excellent opportunity to learn more about sport marketing and media. The ideal candidate will be an organized, self-starter who is interested in hands-on experience in the areas of sports content creation, promotional event marketing, and new business development. ESPN Chicago is a sports marketing company with assets including ESPN 1000, Chicago Bears Radio Network, Hard Rock Casino White Sox Radio Network, and local digital display and video inventory on ESPN.com. Responsibilities

  • Take initiative to learn all aspects of the business, ideally becoming competent in GKB’s content creation strategies best practices (on-air and online), marketing execution, and the GKB partner acquisition process
  • Primarily assist with the Content department with social content creation, video and sound editing, and show prep
  • Collaborate with the Marketing department on event planning, set-up and execution, and event breakdown
  • Engage and interact with local partners and fans during events
  • Other assigned tasks
