About The Position
As an ESP Field Specialist (Artificial Lift) at Baker Hughes, you will play a crucial role in the installation and maintenance of Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP) and associated equipment in both offshore and onshore oil and water wells. This position requires a blend of technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. You will be responsible for performing installations and pull-outs of ESP systems under general supervision, and may occasionally work unsupervised. Your role will also involve monitoring, troubleshooting, and testing downhole ESP equipment to maximize well productivity and extend the run life of the ESP systems. This position may require you to travel on domestic or international assignments, often at short notice, and handle special projects as assigned. You will be expected to conduct all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes' Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies, legal compliance requirements, and the company's core values.
