About The Position

The ESOP Communication Committee Member supports Felix’s culture of ownership by strengthening internal communication, educating employees on the ESOP, and helping create a transparent, informed, and engaged workforce. Members act as ambassadors for the Felix Way values and serve as bridges between field teams, office staff, and leadership. ECC Members help ensure every employee understands our ownership model, feels connected to the company’s direction, and has a meaningful channel for two-way communication.

Requirements

  • 12 months of service preferred.
  • Strong performance in current role.
  • Demonstrates and models the Felix Way values.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Manager approval to participate in meetings and activities.
  • Shows enthusiasm for culture-building and ownership engagement.

  • Comfort presenting, facilitating discussions, or helping teach others.
  • Ability to represent the perspective of their department or location.

Responsibilities

  • Promote understanding of ESOP rights, responsibilities, vesting, and share value.
  • Answer basic ESOP questions from employees or direct them to proper resources.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the ESOP Plan and review updates twice per year.
  • Help develop, deliver, and reinforce clear and consistent internal communication.
  • Support onboarding as a “Communication Ambassador” to explain ownership and culture.
  • Assist in creating, coordinating, and executing communication content (announcements, events, updates, materials).
  • Uphold and model the Felix Way values at all times.
  • Gather employee questions, ideas, and concerns from the field and office.
  • Share insights with leadership to improve communication, culture, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to promote companywide events, celebrations, and Employee Ownership Month activities.
  • Attend monthly ECC meetings (in person or via Teams as required).
  • Provide advance notice for absences and complete follow-up actions.
  • Participate in annual planning to establish communication priorities and goals.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding committee discussions and sensitive company information.
