As a Client Service Manager on our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Administration team, you'll manage and provide consultation to several key client accounts handling all aspects of their ESOP plans. You'll proactively build relationships with C-Suite executives, company owners, financial executives and HR personnel while balancing technical activities of the plans. Educating, teaching and handling their unique requests provides for a very valued partner experience with your clients.
