About the position
Dover Public Schools is a progressive, culturally diverse school district in Morris County serving approximately 3,600 students, Pre-K through grade 12. We are seeking an ESL Teacher for Dover High School for the 2025-2026 academic year. The position is designed for educators who are passionate about teaching English as a second language and are committed to fostering an inclusive learning environment for all students.
Requirements
- Proper NJ ESL Instructional Certificate
- Demonstration of effective pedagogical strategies
- Prior experience working with a diverse student population is preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
