The Pasteurizer/Batcher is responsible for ensuring all products are prepared according to recipes. (S)he will process and pasteurize ensuring that all products meet customer, state and federal guidelines. Follow all required work safe practices. This would include compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, wearing of all required PPE in designated areas, confined space safety, safe chemical handling, fall restraints, etc.
