ESIS Specialty Claims Operations Coordinator. We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual who brings ideas and solutions to the team and who demonstrates a willingness to learn and be flexible. As a Claims Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our claims team. This role involves performing various operational tasks, including processing claims, managing client data, and supporting the efficient functioning of the unit. You will gain hands-on experience in the insurance TPA industry, offering you valuable insights and growth opportunities in the field. This position is in a fast-paced environment with high volume and strict deadlines.

  • Assist in processing and managing insurance claims by reviewing, updating, and ensuring the accuracy of client information and claims data.
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including filing, record-keeping, and maintaining accurate databases.
  • Communicate with internal departments, clients, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate processing of claims.
  • Prepare and generate reports, summaries, and other documentation as needed for the claims team and the Partnership team.
  • Support in the coordination of workflows, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Participate in training sessions to expand knowledge of insurance processes, industry regulations, and software tools.
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by the operations team.
