The position involves ensuring legal compliance with ISO 45001/OSHA requirements and corporate standards by developing and updating necessary internal procedures, policies, and risk assessments for the Safety management system. The role includes driving continuous improvement, coordinating, defining, and implementing necessary actions to keep internal standards and procedures up to date. Responsibilities also include conducting incident investigations, driving corrective actions, and developing Safety Management/awareness campaigns within the plant. The position supports the planning and implementation of local audit procedures, closes audit findings, develops training materials, and participates in evaluations for safety requirements. Additionally, the role involves systematic ergonomic evaluations, vendor selection, and monitoring performance, as well as preparing presentations and reports. The individual will also ensure immediate notification and response to unsafe behaviors and demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH.
