The ESH Coordinator will ensure legal compliance to ISO 45001/OSHA requirements and central/corporate standards by developing and updating necessary internal procedures, policies, and risk assessments for the Safety management system. The role involves driving continuous improvement, coordinating, defining, and implementing necessary actions to keep internal standards and procedures up to date at all times. The coordinator will conduct incident investigations, drive corrective actions to prevent recurrence, and update internal documents as needed. Additionally, the coordinator is responsible for developing and driving Safety Management/awareness campaigns within the plant, supporting necessary investments for the Safety area, and participating in the department budget process to ensure relevant items are included. The role also includes supporting the planning and implementation of a local audit procedure, closing all audit findings from internal and external audits, and developing training materials for the safety management area. The coordinator will participate in regular evaluations for the 'ACT for safety' requirements, perform systematic Gemba walks, and support the coordination of the Crisis Management Team. Other responsibilities include supporting ergonomic evaluations, participating in vendor selection, ensuring regular meetings of the shopfloor safety representatives committee, and preparing various documents such as presentations and reports.
