About The Position

The ESG Sustainability Reporting & Engagement Program Manager at Kenvue will play a crucial role in driving the company's ESG voluntary and regulatory reporting efforts. Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in ESG reporting.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of mandatory ESG disclosure requirements (e.g., EU CSRD).
  • Familiarity with traditional ESG reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, ISSB).
  • Experience managing progressively complex projects or programs.
  • Experience with ESG data analysis.
  • General knowledge of social and environmental sustainability topics.
  • Ability to work with a globally distributed team in a dynamic environment.
  • Leadership qualities including strategic thinking and relationship management.
  • Ability to anticipate challenges and propose mitigation plans.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation of mandatory and voluntary ESG-related disclosure requirements, including Kenvue's annual sustainability report and CDP response.
  • Assist with ESG rating agency reporting such as MSCI, S&P CSA, and ISS.
  • Provide guidance on the content development of the climate transition action plan to meet reporting requirements.
  • Oversee the collection, aggregation, and analysis of ESG data for reporting purposes.
  • Support the development and maintenance of effective controls in standard ESG reporting processes.
  • Engage ESG data owners to foster cross-functional collaboration and establish internal governance processes.
  • Ensure timely communication of scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and decisions to the ESG & Sustainability core team and stakeholders.
  • Provide critical thinking and risk management oversight to programs from planning through implementation.
  • Manage multiple tracks of work, coordinating timelines and issues across projects to ensure program success.
  • Support employee engagement programs to build understanding of sustainability at Kenvue.
